We accept online payments through Razorpay, which supports credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and UPI. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for eligible orders. All online transactions are processed on a secure, encrypted platform. Spumora does not store any card or banking credentials on its servers.

Placing an order on spumora.com constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. An order is accepted and a binding contract is formed only upon our confirmation — typically sent to your registered email address. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. In such cases, a full refund will be processed promptly.

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. To request a cancellation, contact us at help@spumora.com or +91 94284 05605 immediately with your Order ID.

In summary, claims for damaged or defective products must be raised within 7 days of delivery with unboxing video proof. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on the payment method used.
