At Spumora, we take care to ensure your order is packed securely and delivered to you in perfect condition. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how we process and ship your orders.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details once your order is accepted, and a second notification with a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

Gujarat (local): 2–4 business days

Other metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune): 4–6 business days

Rest of India: 5–8 business days

Remote or hilly areas: 7–12 business days

These are estimated timelines and may vary due to courier delays, regional disruptions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. Spumora is not liable for delays caused by the courier partner once the order has been dispatched.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your order value and delivery location. We occasionally offer free shipping on orders above a specified value β€” any such offer will be displayed on the website at the time of purchase. Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the order is cancelled before dispatch or returned due to a defective product caused by Spumora.

Coverage Area

We currently ship across India to all serviceable PIN codes. To check if your area is serviceable, please enter your PIN code at checkout. If your PIN code is not serviceable through our standard courier network, we will attempt to reach you via an alternative courier or notify you within 48 hours of order placement.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Courier Partners

We work with reputed courier and logistics partners including but not limited to Delhivery, Shiprocket, DTDC, Blue Dart, and India Post depending on the destination PIN code and availability. The courier partner for your shipment will be assigned at the time of dispatch and communicated via your tracking notification email.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment on the courier partner’s website. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at help@spumora.com with your Order ID.

Undelivered / Returned Shipments

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the parcel, the courier partner may attempt re-delivery or return the package to us. In such cases:

For prepaid orders: we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. Re-shipping charges may apply.

For COD orders: the order will be cancelled and no refund will be applicable as the product was not delivered.

If you wish to cancel a prepaid order that has been returned to us, a refund will be issued after deducting any applicable re-shipping charges.

Please ensure your delivery address, contact number, and PIN code are accurate at the time of placing the order. Spumora is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Shipments in Transit

If your order appears to be lost in transit (no movement on tracking for more than 7 business days) or arrives in a damaged condition, please contact us immediately at help@spumora.com with your Order ID and an unboxing video (for damaged goods). We will investigate with the courier partner and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Replacement Policy.

Packaging

All Spumora products are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit. We use protective packaging materials to maintain the integrity of our natural soap products. If you find that the outer packaging is damaged upon delivery, we recommend recording an unboxing video before opening, in line with our Refund & Replacement Policy requirements.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders and locations. COD availability will be shown at the checkout stage. Please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. Repeated order cancellations or refusals at delivery by a customer may result in COD being restricted for that account in the future.
